Help needed

due to th ridiculous cost of takin my dads C250 to a genuine agents for servicing (£120 just to change the oil )..
we are going to be doing our own servicing ..
we are both pretty competent around motors in general (i used to work with hgv maintenance and build all my own motorcycles)
the only problem I have is figuring out how to turn the "spanners" off in the dashboard console.
I'm reasonably competant with electronics too, so if anyone should have the wiring diagram for any patch leads and the necessary program it would be much appreciated

It's explained pretty well in the owners manual. For those who read the original post, he needs to reset the FSS reminder.
In short, it goes something like this:
Get in the car, close the drivers door.
Turn the key to "ON" (not started).
Push the odometer reset button twice rather quickly, this will display the remaining mileage (or mileage or time over the limit).
Once again push the odometer reset knob down and keep it held down.
While holding it down, turn the key to OFF, then back to ON again, keep holding the odometer button down, it'll take 10 seconds, maybe slightly more, you will here a "beep" and the display will show the new miles remaining, here in the US it says 10,000 miles, unsure what the display will be like on your car.

No sweat.
The only "trick" they don't mention in the owners manual is to close the doors. It alludes to "activating the instrument cluster" in the manual, but don't really say how to "activate" it. This had us chasing our tails a bit back in 98 or whenever it was this came out. Anyways, closing the door is how it's activated. Everything I believe except the ML is like this, last time I tried the ML would reset with the door opened.
