Automatic to manual swap in '75 240D

I've got a '75 240D with an automatic tranny, the drivetrain works great but the body and interior are totally beat. Another '75 240D just came up for sale with a bad engine (siezed bearing) but the rest of the car is in great shape. I want to buy this car (only $300!) and swap the good engine from my car into it. The only detail that bothers me is that the car I am looking at buying has a manual tranny. Will the flywheel from the other engine bolt onto my engine's crank? Does the crank on my engine have a hole for the pilot bushing or will I have to have one drilled in it? Are there any other issues?
