My preference would be to do the whole job myself, not just parts of the job. I can work with you on that.
My service managers name is "Greg" not "grey".
Be sure to confirm that I am scheduled to work the day you want to bring it in.

I'm sorry about the misspell name, I have already purchase all replacable parts from fastlane. Will the dealer use my parts and charge me for the times you work on my car? Its rude to return all the parts and I don't know its a good idea to keep the parts around the next 30k, beside I only drive the car on the weekend and holiday. next 30k checkup can be a long times.
