I need to replace the pads and fluid on my 96E320. The car is equipped with ABS and SRS. I have the tech tip regarding the pad installation sequence. Is there anything unique/special regarding the fluid bleed procedure. Can I use a MityVac vacum bleeder and just suck the fresh fluid through. Any tips/advice/warnings? Thanks

I bled my 300E 2.6 using a home made Eezibleed.Piece of cake.look up in the mercedes archives on how to build your own.mercedes.pair.com
Alternatively, buy one from www.ipdusa.com unless the Parts shop here sells it as well. ------------------ Tom 1992 300E 2.6 |

If you have some time, you can fill the reservoir and just let it gravity bleed. Just don't let the fluid get on the wheels or the paint. IF it does wash with water quickly!!
