Is it head gasket time

I have a 92 300e, 148,000 miles.............I have started noticing oil on the ground everyday and requiring a quart every 750 miles depending on the driving mode........ Have checked and changed valve cover gasket..... This morning I added a quart because it was low and to my surprise the expansion tank looked funny...... After looking at it it seemed to look as if oil was in the antifreeze.........But checking the dip stick it looks fine
