Air comes out of defroster instead of vents in dash
No matter which button i push the a/c blows out of the defroster?

I'm not familiar with that one. I don't know if it has vacuum diaphrams like mine. What about it SL dudes??

What model car? When there is a problem with the vent controls, the system defaults to the defrost position.

the car is a 82'380 sel
Once in a while if I ride for 15 to 20 minutes it will start to blow out of the a/c vents for a while, but it blows out of the rear vent in the console fine.Also when I have the EC button pushed it blows fine but not cold air!
