Question Srtting the Idle on 450SLC, how/where

With the advice and help of some of you I have replaced the Accumulator and the Fuel Pump on my SLC (I only had 13 lbs pressure from the old pump). I still have the very difficult start when the engine is warmed up, and it runs very hot at anything over 70MPH (110+C).The timing is still advanced at 26deg. It is now time to reset the timing and the idle. I want to be sure that I know where the control to set the idle is. Ive been told it is behind the glove box. Can someone tell me if this is correct. Then what does it look like, and how do I adjust it?
I appreciate the help I've recieved on this problem already and would greatly appreciate a little more.
Thanks
Lee Hazel
