Ignition Control Unit
How difficult is it to replace an ignition control unit on a 1989 190E 2.6L? Is it something that could be done at home or does it have to be done in a shop and how long should it take in terms of labor. Thanks.

Easy job, labor to replace maybe .3 hours or slightly more. Diagnosis usually alot longer than that. Sure, the replacement could be accomplished at home no problem, side of the road even.
