thanks so much for responding i have a 95 c-280 and i just got a remus muffler put on today i was so exited well 600.00 later i find out it seems to dramatically reduced the low end torque (horsepower) is it just me? i am all upset i dont know what to do any suggestions would be wonderful what have i done to my car will it get any better? I dont think i am imagining this thanks pete

Was it just the rear muffler? If so I don't think it would make any difference at all. The cat. converter is where the back pressure is held in .
