Part Number meaning- differential

On a differential main housing I have a part number 126 351 11 01
and STAMPED at the end of this housing are 6 digits, followed by 3 digits (the 3 are the ratio I am sure)
What do the 6 digits represent as follows?

484841 2.24

Thank You
