I am happy to say that it took me less than 5 minutes to change my fog lamp bulb. As to the MB being a piece of crap, I sell at least 10 BMW parts for every MB part I sell. My 1997 E420 has over 148,000 miles and still drives like new. I'll ask my friend whose 1997 740I was in the shop for the first 4 months she had it what she thinks about BMWs. Go ahead and buy a BMW; I'll do the oil changes and an occasional bulb change on my MB and remain very happy.
