Question speedometer flicker

I am getting a weird flicker in my speedo, like I have a loose connection. Everytime I hit a bump the speedo will cut out however, this only occurs when it is a big bump and if the car is warm. I pulled the cluster and everything is nicely attached so it is not there that is causing the flicker. Any other ideas out there.
thanks
martin

really annoying

My speedo is still doing it. However, I find it only does it when the car is warm for what that is worth.

My car was doing it....

until I change the speedo cable, around $50.00 for the part. I do not know if it applies to your car since mine was doing it at low speeds. Check your connection behind the cluster.
Good luck!
