distributor cap/ignition leadss

how often does one change the distributor cap and spark plug wires on a 190e car?

there is no mention of these in the service booklet which comes with the car.

They have no service interval. They outlast the "lifetime" of the car. I put quotes on lifetime because it is a term used to refer to no transmission servicing; well understood to mean: no servicing and the lifetime is 100k. By these standards cap an rotor on all MBs are "lifetime" at least.
