two problems

I have two malfunctions on my car and would appreciate any help.

1. my anti theft system is not working. The doors still lock and unlock with the button on the dash but the red light is not turning on I checked the fuses and they are all ok. The starter disabler is still working but no horn or lights are going off when I tested the system.

2. my heated seats are also not working the light on the switches also are not turning on and the fuses are ok.

3. (I know I said 2 problems but I just remembered this one) While changing my air filter one of the little metal clips touched something on the body and I heard something make a small click noise then when I turned my car on my srs light is staying on for a couple of minutes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty good on cars ( and f-18s ) but I don't want to just start tearing things apart unless I have to.

When the SRS light stays on for 2 minutes there is a front seat belt buckle fault. To find the fault a scanner must read the code & then re-set the MIL light.

On the alarm system the starter interlock is done thru the central locking. Would check to see if the alarm ECU is un-plugged.
The alarn ECU is in the trunk just forward of the spare tire.

The heated seat system uses 2 fuses, # 21 & 25. The heated seat relay(computer) controls the operation.
