I noticed KYB's on the front of my 1988 300E. These can't be stock from the factory. Are Bilsteins the stock from factory brand on my vehicle?

My 1989 came out of the factory with BOGE shocks. I

Belstein Comfort Shocks are the original replacement brand. Boge and Bilstein made the original shocks.
