muffler hanger with chain insert

107 492 00 44 muffler hanger with chain insert....as listed in your Parts Shop.

Is this a "better version" for the two rectangular hangers for the twin front resonators or the two round hangers for the rear muffler ?
This would be for a 81 300SD...and it is Hell on the rectangular hangers.
