C280 will only start after cooling

I have a 1995 C280 and have had no problems until yesterday when I parked it and came out a few minutes later and It would not start-turned over fine, but would not fire. After opening the hood and letting it cool off(engine running temp is fine) for a few minutes it started right up. I then drove it home, parked it,and attempted to start it with the same results- No start until cool again. Any ideas?

The "famous" over-voltage relay 000-540-52-45 can cause this problem. Replacement is 000-540-67-45.
Also the crankshaft position sensor at the flywheel can cause thie problem. would need to be tested when the car WON'T start.

Thanks for the quick reply, thought It might be the OVP-but wanted the post's thoughts. I'll check the part number and change it if its the 'bad one" and go from there. Thanks again.
