Where is the fuel shut off valve located?

I have a 1985 300TD. I'm going to replace the fuel shut-off valve, but I have one small problem. Where is it located in my car?

If you're talking about the vacuum valve that shuts off the engine, it's on top of the injection pump. What's wrong with your car?

The vacuum controlled shutoff valve is the round thing shown at the center of the attached picture. Do a search on replacement to get the procedure.
