I have a 1994 C280 that started surging at idle when I started it up cold one morning. The ABS light came on and the radio stopped working unles I shut the car off. Once it warmed up it seemed to idle OK but the radio problem persisted. Any suggestions?

It was not the OVP relay. The alternator was putting out to much voltage about 18.5V. Replaced alternator and everythin is OK now.
