M103 spark plug connector removal help

I was able to remove the 2-piece metal jacket around the connector and found it to be 1 piece (rubber) underneath. How do I remove the connector from the wire? What comes off of what? Please help... need to buy and install new connector for one wire ASAP...

Please advise if I need to remove the metal jacket...

thanks....

In a private email you requested some info. Here's the post where Steve Brotherton commented on replacing plug resistors:

Bosch aftermarket or OE
