Buying Decision 2000 E320 4matic Wagon

Hey guys I need some advice. I came across a 2000 e320 4matic wagon with 156,000 miles on her. I have been looking for one because I sold my 91 e300 4matic. I can buy her for 9,000 dollars. The dealer has had it on his lot for some time 4months. People are scared of the mileage. The car is in good condition for the mileage. Some things that I noticed. The steering wheel cover has lost some of its threads needs replacing. Needs shocks. Vanity mirror passenger side cover needs replacing. Minor stuff. Car runs strong.

My question is how long can this car go for and what do you think??? I fix all my cars and have done a ton. Is this car a reliable body type 210. Please let me know what you thik???
