Mercedes says no oil change until 10,000 miles. Okay, it's a GREAT car, but I want to keep it forever. What do you guys say? I want to use Mobil 1, so should I change at 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 like they say? Not changing oil every 3-5,000 miles is a tough habit to break.
Keep up the good work, Todd Buckton |

If you are buying the car then do what seems right!! 5-6k oil services sure sounds better than 10-15k.

We recommend an inbetween O/F change at aprox the 5,000 mile marks. Makes it easy to remember.
