When I say will not start I mean the starter does not turn over, but the fuel pump does buzz up. Initially the car would only start when the shifter was in neutral until finally nothing. I was told to change the bushings that connect the shifter to the tranny. (done) I remove the shift rod that connects the shifter to the tranny and manually move the tranny shift arm into each position and turn to key to see if it would start but no go. I also changed the transmission filter and readded add the fluid. Any input would be very nice.

Ok, do I need a special tool to remove it? Sorry for all the questions, I'm still in the proccess of converting from Ford Mustangs. (Late models)
