Ever replace your Universal Flange?

Thanx to this forum, I think I have identified the culprit of my problem.

The universal flange which connects the differential to the rear flex disc has one of the bolt holes worn out, and at higher speeds causes the wha-wha-wha sound since the flex disc is not locked in place but is sliding.

I was wondering if anyone replaced this. I checked the manual and it has some crazy specific torques for the double hext nut that holds it, 180Nm, I don't think my adjustable wrench goes this far.

Just looking for some feedback, also where can I get such a universal flange and for how much?

xp
