88 190e blower motor replacement

My blower motor sounded like a cricket for about 6 months, now it doesn't run at all. Push any climate control switch and nothing! I believe the blower motor quit. How difficult is the motor to get to? Can I do it myself, or is it an involved procedure to get to the motor?
