Brake lights and instrument cluster not working

My girlfriends brake lights are no longer working. I know one of her brake lights blew but now both are not working, also her her gas, oil, and everything to the left of the speedometer is not working. Is it possible a fuse is blown? Help me out so I can fix it and look good

How do I change the rear brake bulbs in a 91 300 E?

The fuses are in the engine compartment.

Driver's side inside a small black platic box right next to the brake fluid reservoir. The circuit of each fuse is under the lid. Check all of them and replace with the SAME color.
As far as repalcing the brake lights. Just twist a know and pull the light assembly out. Once out, check the light bulbs. Remember you also have the third brake light on the rear window. That one is a little bit more difficult. Replace with oem quality bulbs.
Good luck!

Do you think that might be what it is?

Do you mean the knob from inside the trunk?

The knob behind the taillight assembly, inside the trunk.

You just have to check and see...
