w201 catalitic converter
Got a bad catalitic smell going and it has a small hole in it. Looking to get it replaced. Any one got a good source for a non OEM cat? THe OEM cat is outrageous in price and I don't really want it on at all. I have been looking at universal free flow thru cats to replace OEM. ANyone done this or have a good source for one? It would have to help the car power wise. Lose the center muffler, get a nice non oem rear muffler and get a free flowing catalitic and you would drop weight and gain power. Anyone with insight is welcome to throw their two cents in the pot here!

They are a frequent advertiser in the Star Magazine. They make stainless-steel exhaust systems, as wsell as catalytic converters that are direct-fit OEM duplicates.
