Friends 93 400sel wont start, has spark ffrom both distributors. but fuel relay wont power up pump and injectors do not pulse, but have power to them. We also have no check engine light, key on engine off. Vehicle has CA emissions along with a diagnostic module in the module bay. We do have power to the LH module, per wiring diagrams obtained from a shop with Mitchell on Demand, but they had no info on the diagnostic module. Any ideas would be appreciated.
