1976 280S Engine Swap Kit?

I have a '76 280S in which the engine/carb/transmission have been going bad. I have heard that there are kits for switching the engine out with a Chevy 350 engine and transmission. Does anyone have a provider of these kits and does anyone have experience with swapping out the engines? Thanks.
