Monovalve Repair Help!!

Help!!
I'm replacing the monovalve in my '88 560sl, and I don't remember how it came apart. (Alzheimer's is setting in early)

I have the valve, a "wavy" washer (the both came from Fastlane), and a thin washer, a thick washer, and a big, thick washer... that were all inside with the bad valve.

What order do all this pieces go in?

I have the plastic housing and I believe it goes valve first (so the rubber diaphram sits directly in the circle inside the housing), thick washer, wavy washer, thin washer, and finally the big thick washer.

I know this sounds crazy... but I really need some help!!

M

The following site, from the archives, may be of some help:

Good Luck; I know well the feeling of messing up a sequence of parts.
