84 300 SD Front Suspension

I thought that the drivers side of my car was riding low, but upon close inspection I find that the drivers side is normal. The front passenger side is about 1.5 inches too high. Shocks are new, but this problem existed before the shocks were changed. What could cause the front passenger side spring to push the car up an extra 1.5 inches? Any suggestions will be appreciated. P.S. My tire wear is perfect. The vehicle does not pull in either direction.
