Is it practical to replace the 2.8L I-6 & drivetrain with a 4.5L V-8 and complete drivetrain? Has anyone ever done such a swap? Thanks in advance for your advice.
T.

The smaller V-8's(3.5,3.8, & 4.2) make a good swap as they fit much better inside the area for the upper arm mounting. Measure the width from manifold to manifold & you should see how work there will be to get it in.
