I recently had a problem with my alarm and trying to disconnect it I unplugged two wires under the passenger carpet, which I'm now told was the oxygen sensor. When I did that the check engine light came on and the AC stopped working. Now after I finally got the alarm off the AC still won't work. Not the AC, heat, etc. The fuse is ok, could this be due to some simple not expensive fix?

The 2 wires you took apart probably did not hurt the A/C. Just take it in and have a quick look done at your local repair shop. See what they say. You may be low on freon.
