ANOTHER problem----sorry

Hi... gosh i have so many problems....Well.. my left blinker doesn't work properly.. It blinks like crazy when i turn it on.. I had my dealer fix this once before but, it keeps coming back......... can't stand it.. I have to blink it manually because people think it's so annoying.. Please help me .... what can i do to make sure it won't come back ever ever again.,... Thanks in advance....
