Any Experience with ACEI Calipers?
I am going to put new front calipers on my 380SL. I bought some time with new seals, but they really need to be replaced.
I notice that Fastlane and the other Worldpac retailers are selling an ACEI rebuilt caliper for about $100 as opposed to new ATE's for about $250. Any experience/thoughts on the ACEI units? The car does not get autocrossed or driven in a sporty manner.

Have you considered rebuilt.
www.********.com sells rebuilt OE ATE calipers from www.cardone.com for $40 plus a $10 core charge for your model. I bought my W124 calipers from them and they are very good quality. Just giving you some ideas |

That's amazing - $50 for the right and $52 for the left. Thanks for the tip.
