1978 Mb 280 Ce

Hello,
I have a1978 MB 280 CE.
The speedo works, but not the odometer. Any ideas?
Also, the car will not pass calif smog.
I replaced the smog / air pump that was lfrozen, and noticed the hose from it to the metal tube that runs to the exhaust heder pipe is kinked (not original "U" shaped). Could that be disallowing the additional air to dilute the exhaust?
Also, I need the height adjustment handles for the front seats, as they are broken.
Lastly, the dash has some cracks. Is there an easy replacement unit?
