What exactly does black primer color look like? Is it plain with no shine? I found a website with pictures of black primer so I am guessing it has no shine and is a plain painted color.

If I buy a body part (the fender) that is plain like this, would I be able to get it painted to match the rest of my car or would I have to repaint the entire car?.

Also, the part is aftermarket so does anyone know if it will fit properly or how do I find out?
