Removal of chrome strip on door

There looks to be some rust forming underneath the rubber window strip on the outside of the door on my car. That caused the rubber to slightly stick out and allowing more water in and obviously making the rust worse. I'd like to get a handle on this before it gets out of hand!! I can't figure out how to remove this chrome strip and rubber piece. It's the horizontal piece between the glass and the sheetmetal. Anyone know how to remove this??

that molding is the belt molding.. most just have one screw on the end inside the jamb. then pull up and off.
