I have a 1991 190E 2.6 with 190K. It now wants to idle at 2000 RPM after I drive it and it warms up. Any suggestions?

Possible places to look. Sticking throttle linkage, TPS out of adjustment, vacuum leak, or, somebody slipped you some jet fuel .

You might have one or more problems. You could need to replace the throttle switch, or the idle speed actuator, or the air plate position sensor.
