I was browsing the a/c conversions and wanted to ask whether a 1986 2.3-16 can be converted to the dual fans. My car has a single fan in front and a temp operated fan clutch behind the radiator. I would like to inquire about the fan shrouding and the foam material that Benzmac was referring to as well. Thanks, Joe

On the 16V if you run the fan at the higher speed the a/c will cool much better! Just by-pass the ballast resistor for the aux fan & the air flow will keep the condensor much cooler.

When you do this, you will have to have a larger fuse for this circuit I think. When resistance goes down, current draw goes up.
