Dead Aux. Fan - 124

After I finished changing the oil in my 95 E320 last night I fired the old girl up and proceeded to look around. That's when I noticed the drivers side aux. fan isn't working. My engine temps. are still fine so I had no idication of it failing.

Anyone replaced one of these in the past on a 124 model? It looks fairly easy and by what I gather from the parts page I will have to change them both.

Any hints or cautions I should know about before I go ripping and tearing into it??
