Dash Light Removal & Replacement 140?
Is there a special tool to remove the dash on a 96' S420?
Need to replace a light bulb? I also need to replace the bulb on the headlight switch? How in the world to get to it??? Thanks!

The instrument cluster just pops out. You can either A) get a wire a little thinner than a coathanger and put a crook in it to pull by - slip between the guages and the dash, turn the wire for the hook to catch and yank it out or B) take the dash speaker out - takes a small stubby screwdriver - then you can push it out with your hand or something from the rear. Once the instruments are out you can get to the headlight switch bulb also. When I replace instrument light, I replace them ALL.
