I have a button on the console of my 87 56SEC, and I can't figure out what it does. It is located between the two heated seat buttons, right above the shifting lever. It has a pictogram like:

l l___ l
l l ----____ l
------- --------l

As anyone can see the window resized and the sketch messed up. The pictogram resembles a side view of a square attached to a bullhorn.

Maybe it's a seatbelt handler?? Have you try press the button?? Just a thought....

Mike,

Is it a button or a roller? Button- higher pitched horn vs lower pitched? Roller-speaker control for front vs. rear?

Maybe someone here has an operators manual.

Button or a knob? If a knob, I'd suspect the fader control knob for your stereo.
