After messing around for two days, I got the 190e r. rear window motor, winder assembly etc back together. Was corroded, ucky etc.

All is cleaned and lubed. The cables are on the spool, cover on and the motor pulls in both directions but the window will only go up or down a little bit. I can pull it down a bit ....

Any wisdom to share at this point?
