Removing U.S. Spec Wipers on W124 300E to change Headlamp Doors

Hey MB Fans, does anybody know how to remove and reinstall the U.S. spec wipers on the W124 300E body series cars in order to remove and replace the plastic headlamp rim/doors? I also planned to install new headlamp washer arms with inserts and can't figure out how the clip opens up. Any advice would be much appreciated!
