Lightbulb I guess if they meet the Dextron II (or III) spec...

... (which they all do) the ATFanswer would be...

"Mobile 1, Valvoline, Redline or any name brand synthetic" to which I would certainly add Amsoil.

If changed properly every 30K I feel regular (dino?) ATF is probably more than up to the job, but there is no doubting the benefits of synthetics, IMHO.
