Attaching Drain Hose W124

Attaching Drain Hose W124

My '87 300TD's left drain hose (under the hood hinge) is no connected to the downspout. I cannot see how to get at it in order to move it the 1.5 +/- inch to re-attach it. Advice is greatly appreciated since I am trying to locate and service ALL of the drains on my wagon.
