Hello all!
I have seen that many of us do not strictly have Mercedes's in our driveway or garage...so, what I would like to know, is there a place such as this site, that can help with domestic (US) autos? My substitute car has a climate control blower that doesn't want to turn off.
Thanks all!

I could use this also...

My Wife's Lincoln is giving me headaches with the auto-climate controls.

Would love to have info on message board for domestic autos as well.

Thanks for the idea, Larry...

I can get you a wiring diagram for most any car, Larry.

Write to me on Monday and I'll get it at work. Tell me the year, make, model engine size, and style of A/C (man vrs auto if it has both available).

Hey guys, thought I'd jump in on this.
I was looking for a tech-info board for my daughters 1974 BMW 2002 (which has since given me nothing but headaches and I'd like to get rid of it - different story) and I found one by doing the following:
Go to your favorite WWW search engine and type in the make of the car (e.g. Lincoln) along with the "+" sign ands then type in " or "service" or "parts". It'll look like this when you're done - lincoln+service OR lincoln+parts.

You should get a bunch of listings to check out and with any luck, one or more of the links you find will have a tech / service forum like this one.

In my Never-too-humble opinion, I will say that this is the best one I've EVER seen and the people are both knowledgeable and friendly.

Jay,
I did like you suggested and found a place where they have forums for at least a dozen makes of cars. Trouble is, many of the posts are days, if not weeks apart, and many are unanswered. But its better than a sharp stick in the eye!
