I would like to replace the vaccuum modulator on the auto transmission of my '87 300E. How is this done?

Two 5mm allen screws come out and then the modulator does. BE careful, if you are not a tech, this is a good time to pay one to do this job. I would have a tech do it, you can damage the transmission with improper adjustments.
