I just pulled two lines from the fuel distributor on my 1989 560 SEL. When the gas came out of the fittings, it was orange in color. The gas inside the distributor is orange as well.

I take it that this orange color is rust, and indicates that my fuel lines need obvious replacement.

Please confirm, if you can, my take on this.
